Russell Wilson & Ciara's Bellevue Mansion Sale May Break Records

Russell Wilson, the Steelers quarterback, and his wife Ciara, the talented singer, are in for a windfall as they prepare to sell their stunning Bellevue mansion in Washington. According to reports from The Wall Street Journal, the powerhouse couple is looking at a whopping $31 million payout from the sale of their lavish lakefront estate.

The magnificent Bellevue mansion, nestled just 10 miles away from Seattle, is rumored to be fetching around $21.25 million in the sale. What’s more, the couple had previously sold a lot adjacent to the mansion for $9.75 million in 2022, adding up to the grand total of $31 million in potential earnings.

The 35-year-old Wilson and his 38-year-old wife found a willing buyer for their 11,000-square-foot mansion, which had been listed for $36 million in the spring of 2022. This move came amidst Wilson’s trade from the Seattle Seahawks to the Denver Broncos in a notable offseason transaction.

The sale of the mesmerizing estate, featuring six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, is currently under contract and is slated to close in May, as shared by a source close to the deal with WSJ.

Once the sale is finalized, Wilson is poised to make a remarkable $15 million profit on the mansion he acquired for $6.7 million back in 2015 while still with the Seahawks, as per public records. Additionally, the couple had also purchased an adjacent lot with a carport for another $6.7 million in 2019.

Despite initially listing the home for $28 million, the price had to be adjusted twice, ultimately dropping to $24.9 million before finding a buyer.

Notably, Wilson and Ciara are also parting ways with their $25 million mansion in Denver following the quarterback’s departure from the Broncos in March after a short-lived stint. Wilson inked a one-year contract with the Steelers valued at $1.2 million during the same period.

In recent years, the dynamic couple has been active in the real estate market, achieving a milestone in Denver by purchasing the most expensive home ever sold in the area for $25 million back in April 2022.

Wilson and Ciara, who began dating in 2015 and attended the ESPY Awards together that year, have shared many significant milestones, including Wilson’s proposal in March 2016 and their marriage that July.

Their beautiful family has now expanded to include three children together: daughters Sienna, 7, and Amora, born in December 2023, along with son Win, 3. Additionally, Ciara’s 9-year-old son, Future Jr., from a previous relationship with rapper Future, adds to their loving family dynamic.
